Carina received her 200 hr YTT with Balanced Rock in the heart of Yosemite. Her teaching philosophy consists of making yoga accessible to everyone and to have it be an act of connecting to one's truth or highest self. You can expect a steady flow that melds breath and movement while dropping into the present.

Join us for an evening of outdoor yoga, community, and tea at NEON on Union St! We will have teachers rotate every week and teach a 60 minute flow starting at 6:00 pm. Afterwards, we will enjoy tea and some light snacks. All are welcome to this donation-based event.
