Hi om nom nomers! It's Kelsey, Liza, and Monica.

We met during our yoga teacher training at Haum in San Francisco.

 

We connected through our love to move our bodies, appreciation of locally-grown, delicious food, and desire to grow community.

​

Om nom nom was originally created by Claire, Dasha, and Kelsey; born out of a dream to share the above with others and to make yoga accessible to all.
